Delivery Information

All orders are fulfilled at our London warehouse through our delivery partner DPD.
Orders placed before 1 pm are fulfilled the same day using DPD/DHL Next day delivery service.
Weekend orders are fulfilled on Monday for next day DPD/DHL delivery.
Shipping cost of £2.49 will be charged for an additional bag of 10 kg of rice.
A packaging fee of £ 2.99 will is charged for Frozen Products.
Delivery on Saturday will cost an additional charge of £3.99.
Delivery to Ireland requires 2 days and will be charged based on the shipment weight.
UK offshore delivery (Guernsey, Northern Island, Isle of Man) requires 2 days and delivery charges based on shipment weight.
We dispatch orders containing frozen and perishable products Monday to Tuesday. Orders placed after 1pm from Thursday till Sunday will be dispatched only on Monday for the next working day
